Virtue was appointed to carry out work at my property following extensive water damage. The work required included new ceilings, plastering, decoration, new pipework/boiler, and the installation of a new kitchen/hall flooring. Virtue’s Alex, who managed the project, dealt with all my queries in a friendly, efficient and positive manner. I felt supported throughout the project and received regular updates. I’m extremely pleased with the service provided and the standard of work. Can highly recommend!

Following a bad leak in the cistern in our en-suite, Virtue were assigned by our insurance company to carry out the renovation work. Virtue’s Assessor, Adrian, did the initial survey which was very comprehensive and we felt very confident with his plans. The work was approved by our insurance company very quickly and everything that Virtue did was prompt and to a very high standard. We can honestly say that the decoration work carried out by Shaun, Jotham and Sam exceeded our expectations. They worked hard and speedily and the completed re-decoration looks great. We are very pleased with the results as we are with the standard of work carried out. We would definitely recommend this company.

Following a leak in the drainpipe from the bath, the boxing in of the pipes had to be destroyed so that the pipe could be replaced. Virtue was assigned by our insurance company to replace the boxing and other renovation work. I can honestly say the work carried out was of a very high standard and the completed boxing looks great.  We are very pleased and I would definitely recommend this company.

When the works were authorised, Virtue was commissioned to carry out the reinstatement of the room. Matt met us at the property on time and discussed what was needed and the options available. A date was set for the work to commence with an estimated completion time. There was an issue with a third party in supplying some materials, but we were kept informed in real time and given alternatives which we took advantage of so that the start date remained the same. The workmen arrived early, were courteous and professional, and let us know of any snagging issues with discussions on how we would like the work to proceed. After the work was completed, we were asked to double-check the quality of work before they left. The room was stripped, all units had been returned, the toilet and panels had been replaced, a new floor was laid and the wood panels and walls were painted. They were sympathetic to the tenants needs and made sure we were kept in the loop all the time. I have been let down and dissatisfied by many contractors over time, so this was a very welcome change. I would highly recommend Virtue Property.

The decorators came in to do their side of the repairs and the outside brickwork was also completed to a superb standard.
